By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service. Please make sure to read the entire TOS and message me if you have any questions before you commission me.

  • I have the right to turn down any commission for any reason without specification.

  • A digital reference that clearly depicts the character and the characters colors is required.

  • All payments will be made upfront. I ONLY accept payment through paypal or Vgen.

  • The prices listed are a guideline and may vary depending on the complexity of the design or commission. The listed prices may also be subject to change at any time.

  • The commission will only be finished once I have received full payment

  • A watermarked preview sketch can be requested before the payment if desired.

  • If I cancel a commission, a full refund will be issued.

  • Once the commission is out of the sketching phase I no longer accept refunds. Please make absolutely sure you can afford and want a commission before sending the payment. Chargebacks are not allowed.

  • Major revisions can only be requested 3 times.

  • Minor revisions are technically unlimited, although within reason.

  • I have the right to post finished commissions to my art profiles (unless otherwise requested by the client)

  • I, as the artist, retain full rights to the artwork and do not offer commercial rights. The client receives rights for personal use only. Personal use includes profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, personal printing and non-commercial sharing with credit.

  • You are NOT allowed to remove my signature

  • You are not allowed to sell or use my work for profit.

  • You may NOT use any of my art in any blockchain-related technology, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

  • You may NOT use my art to train AI
